Answering customer inquiries via phone calls and emails,Providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services,Assisting in the sales process by qualifying leads and scheduling appointments,Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly,Updating customer records and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information,Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve team goals,Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Proficiency in using computer software and applications,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
