As a Barista & Cashier at Kanary Bakery, you’ll be at the heart of our café, brewing coffee using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and ensuring every cup meets our high standards. You’ll also be the friendly face of our café, handling customer orders, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Brew high-quality coffee using our espresso machines and other brewing equipment.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more.
• Handle customer orders and transactions at the cash register.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the café team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a café or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.
• Enthusiasm for working in a café and a passion for providing exceptional coffee experiences.
