📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Implement security protocols and conduct regular security audits to protect sensitive banking data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
• Provide technical support to internal teams, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations, with a focus on banking or financial services.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware and software, including Windows Server and Linux.
• Experience with networking technologies, including firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with monitoring and management tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
