📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures and financial strategies to support business growth.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to operational teams to improve performance.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Conduct regular financial audits and internal controls to identify and mitigate risks.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis, with a strong background in manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
• Certifications in CPA or CMA are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
