📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve workflows and processes.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the operational team in achieving targets and KPIs.,Assist in the development and implementation of new operational procedures.,Provide operational support during projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
