📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute full-funnel KOL strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers
• Create and optimize campaign briefs, ensuring alignment with brand goals
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media insights
• Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in KOL marketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Report on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a KOL Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations
