NEXA Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to join our team in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment that is welcoming to customers.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.,A valid food safety certification is a plus.,Experience in managing a team of 20 or more employees is a plus.,A degree in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant management is a plus.
