📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage production schedules and meet daily targets.,Conduct quality checks to ensure food safety and consistency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain clean and organized work areas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing production teams effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.,Experience with POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus.
