📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor sales teams to improve performance and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in product development and marketing activities to support sales goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid SIM and KTP.
