📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Manage and mentor a team of retail sales consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.,Promote Nest Mart Indonesia products and services through effective communication and marketing.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
