📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Support the training and development of employees through various initiatives.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of training programs.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning materials and resources.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development Manager.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Support the organization of workshops, seminars, and other learning events.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the learning management system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems and training software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of educational technologies and trends is a plus.
