📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Utilize tools such as SAP, JDA, or similar software for inventory management and demand planning.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, with a proven track record in demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, and transportation.
• Proficiency in using supply chain planning software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
