📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients with a friendly and professional manner.
• Answering and directing phone calls and inquiries.
• Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing visitor logs.
• Providing information about the company and its services.
• Handling and managing mail and packages.
• Assisting with event coordination and setup.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist role or related customer service position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with office management software and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional and polite demeanor.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
