📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Identifying areas of risk and implementing corrective actions to mitigate those risks.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and auditing standards.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and auditing regulations.
