📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, implementation, and control of operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Support the Operations Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.,Conduct regular operational audits and inspections.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
