This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services, from planning and coordination to execution and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, guest lists, and venue arrangements.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the successful execution of events.,Oversee the banquet staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and feedback.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of banquet service standards and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the banquet department.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in banquet services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet services, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and event management tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and standards for banquet services.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.
