📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of tax consultants, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Conduct tax planning and strategy sessions to help clients minimize their tax liabilities and maximize their savings.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax legislation and industry trends, and provide training and development opportunities for the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both internal and external, to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and finance, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of tax-related processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including the latest amendments and changes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.,Proficient in using tax software and other relevant tools and technologies.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
