📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee and manage daily operations of the company

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

Manage and mentor a team of operational staff

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations

Develop and maintain operational budgets and forecasts

Implement and maintain quality control measures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management

Proven track record of success in a similar role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with ERP systems and software

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Fluency in Indonesian and English
