Jiangsu Suzhong Construction Group Co., Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Procurement/Purchasing professional to join our team in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading construction company in Indonesia.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the company's materials and equipment are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively. You will work closely with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in Mandarin and English, as this will be crucial for communication with our suppliers and partners in China and Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process, from sourcing to delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide procurement support.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of construction materials and equipment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
