📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and making offers.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
