📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing daily operations
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Supervising and mentoring team members
  • Managing and maintaining company equipment and vehicles
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
  • Conducting regular safety checks and inspections
  • Preparing and maintaining operational reports
  • Participating in team meetings and decision-making processes

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Strong knowledge of operational management and logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours when required
