📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage the reception area.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle and manage guest registrations and check-ins.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Ensure the security and safety of the reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
