📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure food availability.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, both inside and outside the restaurant.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Valid food safety and health certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
