In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing new locations for our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market and a proven track record in site acquisition. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential sites for business operations,Negotiate lease agreements and terms with property owners or landlords,Manage the entire site acquisition process from initial inquiry to final documentation,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the suitability of potential locations,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure site readiness for business operations,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new acquisition opportunities,Maintain and update the company's site database and acquisition records,Report on acquisition progress and results to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition or property management,Strong understanding of the local market and regulations,Excellent negotiation and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Familiarity with the Bali region and its business environment,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
