In this role, you'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement SEM strategies, analyze campaign performance, and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and manage SEM campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Optimize ad spend and bids to maximize ROI
- Conduct A/B testing and split testing to improve campaign effectiveness
- Create and maintain comprehensive campaign reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEM strategies with overall business goals
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEM and paid advertising
- Proficient in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other industry-standard tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant certifications is a plus
- Fluency in English is required
