• Design and deliver engaging English lessons for students aged 3–15 using interactive and self-directed learning methods.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with national and international curriculum standards.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their learning and development.
• Collaborate with other educators to create a comprehensive learning experience for our students.
• Utilize educational software and tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and educational apps to enhance the learning experience.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in early childhood and elementary education.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment for students and staff.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a strong partnership in supporting student learning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to young learners.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood and elementary education principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and educational apps.
