📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage HRIS tools like SAP HR and Oracle HCM.
- Handle general affairs, including office management and facility maintenance.
- Conduct performance reviews and employee development programs.
- Lead and mentor HR team members.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR and general affairs.
- Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.
- Proficient in using HRIS tools like SAP HR and Oracle HCM.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with FMCG/manufacturing industry is a plus.
