Stripe is looking for a Risk Partnerships Manager to join our team in London, Dublin, or remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key stakeholders in the banking and treasury sectors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that Stripe's risk management practices align with the evolving needs of our clients and the industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the banking and treasury sectors to ensure that Stripe's risk management practices are aligned with client needs and industry standards.,Lead and coordinate risk management initiatives, including the development and implementation of risk frameworks, policies, and procedures.,Provide guidance and support to internal teams on risk management best practices and emerging trends in the industry.,Monitor and analyze risk data to identify potential threats and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into all aspects of Stripe's business operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in risk management, and share this knowledge with the team.,Represent Stripe at industry events, conferences, and forums to build relationships with key stakeholders and promote Stripe's risk management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in the banking or treasury sector.,Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures, including Basel III, SOX, and other relevant regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze risk data to identify potential threats and opportunities.,Experience in leading and coordinating risk management initiatives, including the development and implementation of risk frameworks, policies, and procedures.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
