📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize receivables, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Monitor cash flow and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement strategies to enhance financial performance and support the company's growth objectives.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to the finance team.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
