📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth in the ride-hailing industry.
• Build and maintain key relationships with industry partners, including ride-hailing companies, technology providers, and government entities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the Jakarta ride-hailing market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance the ride-hailing experience.
• Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure Adecco remains a leader in the ride-hailing sector.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand Adecco's visibility and influence.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on the status of business development efforts and recommendations for future growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on the ride-hailing industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
