📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market growth and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and food service providers in Bali.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Manage and monitor sales performance, setting and achieving sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track sales activities and customer interactions.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and network with potential clients.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Fluency in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and data analysis.
