📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
• Implement lean methodologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze data using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, share findings, and drive actionable solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Train and mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
• Measure and report on the impact of continuous improvement initiatives to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a continuous improvement or process optimization role.
• Strong knowledge of lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying and addressing issues.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related continuous improvement framework is a plus.
