📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Tourism, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, particularly in cultural or arts festivals.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.
• Strong knowledge of cultural and artistic traditions of Bangka Belitung.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using event management software such as Cvent or Bizzabo.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
