Finance & Accounting Coordinator - Bali (Canggu/Ubud/Denpasar)

In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to manage daily financial transactions, prepare monthly financial statements, and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards. You will also be responsible for managing the financial records of our projects, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions, including bank reconciliations, invoicing, and payments.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage the financial records of our projects, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to stakeholders, including investors, project sponsors, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement cost-saving measures and financial improvements.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a project management or construction environment.
• Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience working in Bali or a similar international environment is a plus.
