📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure the kitchen meets the needs of the dining room.
• Monitor food costs and make recommendations for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Represent the kitchen at events and functions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar culinary leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.
• Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus.
