📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Bakels products in the Indonesian market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through trade marketing and sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the baking industry, including bakeries, confectioneries, and food service providers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the baking industry.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that our products are well-positioned in the market and that our customers receive the best possible service.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in trade marketing and business development.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or business development in the food or beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of the baking industry and its key players.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
