📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment and collection of funds.
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, reconciliation, and report generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards in the travel and hospitality sector.
