📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create accurate and detailed architectural drawings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs are translated into precise technical drawings.
- Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, for residential and commercial projects.
- Review and revise drawings to meet project specifications and client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Assist in the development of 3D models and renderings to support project presentations.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to address any issues related to the drawings.
- Maintain and organize project files and records.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus.
