🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial operations or a related role.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Oracle.
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Certification in financial operations or a related field is a plus.
